Adela Sofariu is a skilled and dedicated Certified Public Accountant with a diverse academic background and a deep passion for tax planning and compliance. Since joining Villanueva & Company, P.C. in 2013, Adela has become a vital part of the firm’s tax practice, known for her attention to detail, thoughtful analysis, and client-focused service.
Adela holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University, earned in 2013, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. This unique combination of studies reflects her broad perspective and strong communication skills, which complement her technical expertise in accounting.
Adela completed her Masters of Taxation in 2020 and earned her CPA license that same year. She now plays a key role in advising individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations on a wide range of tax issues, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
